Managing Technical Risk In Large Technology Projects

In a speech at the University of Southern California on an "Approach to Managing Investment Risk of  Space Technology & Business," Michael Potter argued, "The great myth is that outer space is not yet commercialized. Hundreds of millions of dollars been made in satellite telecommunications, remote sensing, launch vehicles, Global Positioning Systems and other innovative areas.  There are billions more that will be made in this decade."
