Paradigm's Redevelopment Team To Focus on Harbor Area

May 21, 2001 Los Vegas, Nevada, Paradigm Properties announced at the ICSC Conference that it has assembled a redevelopment team to focus on the revitalization of the San Pedro, Harbor and Alameda Corridor region. Team members included Mayans Development, a firm with extensive project experience in South Central Los Angeles, East Los Angeles and the City of Commerce. The Team has over 20 years of public redevelopment planning, policy development and project execution. The team has completed over $100 million dollars in Southern California redevelopment.
